Qualification Required for Aesthetic & Laser Clinic Islamabad:

Degree Required: Minimum degree Required for job In Islamabad 2024 is Bachelor’s degree.
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Pharmacy or Aesthetic Clinic In Pakistan.
Responsibilities Needs From you:
Accurate data entry:
Ensure accurate data entry for all incoming and outgoing stock, including deliveries, dispensing, and returns.
update stock Levels:
Regularly update stock Levels to reflect changes due to stock usage, expired items, or damages.
Monitor inventory:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Identify and flag items:
Identify and flag items that are low on stock and initiate reorder processes to ensure continuous availability.
Generate purchase orders:
Generate purchase orders for pharmaceutical products based on reorder points and approved procurement requests.
stock requests:
Ensure that stock requests are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner to maintain seamless clinic operations.
Record and verify:
Record and verify all incoming shipments of pharmaceutical products, ensuring they match purchase orders.

Ensure that products received meet the quality standards and are stored according to the specified requirements (e.g., temperature, storage conditions).
Perform regular backups:
Perform regular backups of inventory data and ensure compliance with data security protocols.
Implementation of new software features:
implementation of new software features related to inventory management.
Coordinate with suppliers:
Coordinate with suppliers for any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or return of expired items.
